Easy to get in and out. Snow from last few days cleared from parking lot so parking and navigating lot was easy as well. Plenty of registers open to handle the volume of customers. Always a plus!
Thieves. Paid for groceries but the clerk didn't put the grocery bag containing 2 potatoes, cucumber, and bananas in the cart. Went back two days later when we were next in the vicinity and were told that there was "nothing they could do." Oh really? That's stealing, folks, plain and simple. Big corporate greed. Go to a smaller local store who cares about customers.
Best Giant Eagle in the area, hands down. It has a Starbucks inside and is open 24/7 with the exception being some holidays. The GetGo is in a convenient location and there are great selections from the meats, produce, and bakery sections.
Clean store, well stocked with great selection. Friendly, helpful staff and cashiers. Good sales and loyalty program. Bonus: The Starbucks and Cafe, with 2-floor lounge area is great for meeting up with friends or doing work while you eat/drink.
I give Giant Eagle 4 stars because I shop here regularly and the produce is as fresh as you can expect. I do think their prices are a bit high however they have weekly sales and if you sign up for a giant eagle card you can get some extra savings. Other than that they are on the same level as ACME.
