I have never met a mechanic with more integrity than the fine people at Fuerst Automotive. They are incredibly friendly and do not try and gouge you. Even though these guys are 30 minutes from me, they are still the mechanic I will go to first every time because I know I will get a quality work at a fair price!
I've taken my truck up to Fuerst multiple times, and have been satisfied each time. Not only do they do fantastic work at competitive pricing, they communicate with you along the way. I would either get a call from Sara or Rick from the front desk to let me know of any changes that needed to be made or any surprises that would pop up along the way.
My daughter's car died on the highway near this place, and I had to have the car towed somewhere - I chose Fuerst because of their good reviews. I can only add to them. They looked over her car the next day, and let us know it was a lost cause. They allowed us to leave it overnight until a junkyard could pick it up. They wouldn't take any payment. I was impressed by their willingness to help and quick service.
Had my car towed in with a flat. Needed a new tire. Sarah and Marty made this so painless! Sarah assured me that my tire would be delivered and installed as soon as it arrived. She also informed me that the tire would be free since it was still under a 1-year warranty. Marty drove me home so I didn't have to stay at the shop and wait. He picked me up and brought me back to the shop when the car was done. During both rides, Marty took the time to explain what had happened with my tire and also gave me easy-to-understand advice about maintenance for my car. Sarah and Marty made me feel like family!
Having few places to go with my Volvo Furest is without a doubt the best. Both customer service and car service are excellent. If you ask anyone around they will tell you the same thing. I highly recommend you take your vehicle here.
I wish I lived closer and could use Fuerst for our family's car needs.
